It is decided: I'm retiring from DeviantArt and I will be posting everything on FurAffinity from this point forward. It was fun at first and I have to say that DeviantArt was what really opened my social life online. In fact it was on DeviantArt that I first met my first furry friends, that I started exploring my artistic passions. I honestly have to admit: I wouldn't be where I am now had it not been for DeviantArt. But I have been really upset with DeviantArt ever since they switched it to Eclipse because it just never felt like the same site anymore; the site that I loved. It felt like a power move by the DA administration and I'm not going to pretend it is so much better than it was before. I am not going to take my gallery down, not for a while. And I will still stop in on occasion and check my messages, and yes, I will still reply if people comment or note me. But I will no longer be posting any artwork or journals to DeviantArt. First off, I'm sorry if I seem offensive to those of you who are Republican voters, I'm not questioning your political beliefs. Today I just learned that the Trump administration is finalizing an executive order - lifting Obama-era regulations to preserve the wildlife in the country - that allows hunters in Alaska to hunt and kill wolves and bears - including their cubs - whilst in their dens. So basically if bears are hibernating or wolves are taking refuge in their dens, hunters can just go in and shoot them as well as their cubs.
